Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the
position of Operations Person for the Rosetown
Agro Centre.  We are seeking an individual who has
the desire to provide high performance customer
service, exemplifies leadership qualities and
wishes to be part of a professional team with the
same goals.

Duties will include but not limited to:
-Operate and maintain state of the art fertilizer
blending facility
-Operate and maintain Crop Production warehouse to
AWSA standards
-Operate and maintain all rental equipment
-Operate and maintain all delivery units
-Lead and supervise yard attendant(s)
-Maintain safety equipment
-Daily inventory control
-Coordination of customer services (i.e. moving
bins, steel floors, crop protection products)
-Ensuring a safe work environment for customers
and staff
-Other duties as assigned

Candidates myst demonstrate a good attitude and be
a team player.  It is preferred that candidate has
an air brake endorsement on license; however if
not, must be willing to obtain a Class 5A.  
Candidate must also be willing to obtain the
following: knuckle boom license, forklift license,
skid steet license, pesticide dispenser's license,
and TDG and WHMIS certificates.

This position is available immediately.
