-supervise and coordinate activities of food counter attendants
-maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste
-ensure food and services meat quality standards
-respond to customer complaints and train new staff
-monitor staff performance
-ensure that safety regulations are followed
-participate and assist in the development of policies and procedures
Completion of High School is preferred.
Previous quick service, restaurant experience required.
