Description

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-General sorting of items that are donated to the store.
-Maintains customer service standards.
-Implements store layouts and plans to attract customers.  This can include window and merchandise displays and using "Tidy Maintenance" in the store to ensure attractiveness.
-Replenish inventory levels based on Supervisors directions.
-Contributes to inventory control be retrieving, sorting, and pricing items as per directions; protects the store from inventory shrinkage by using visual monitoring.
-Takes responsibility for the accurate completion of all customer transactions (cash, visa, debit, etc)
-Outdoor maintenance (snow shoveling, yard maintenance)
-Warehouse responsibilities.
-Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must:
-Have previous retail experience over 3 months would be an asset
-Have the ability to work in a team environment
-Have the ability to handle challenging customers
-Possess basic math skills
-Possess basic English skills (written and verbal)
-Subject to both Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Record Check
