The head cashier is responsible for the supervision of a team of cashiers, providing training, monitoring, and assistance with operational issues. The head cashier must have advanced knowledge of the POS and inventory systems in order to successfully provide customer service and support to customers and co-workers. The head cashier also provides back-up relief to the Administrator when necessary performing various office functions.
