Description

FACILITY/LOCATION: Jubilee Home

DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Maintenance

CLASSIFICATION: Maintenance Services Worker

STATUS: Permanent Full Time

HOURS OF WORK: 8 hour shifts

RATE OF PAY: Step 1-$19.38, Step 2-$20.04, Step 3-$20.75 per hour

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Grade 10
Firemans Certificate
Refrigeration or Pool Operator certificate, where required by the job.
Basic computer skills.  Ability to work independently.  Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate knowledge of tools and equipment, required for the job.  Valid drivers license.
