Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Programs Manager, the Regional Property Management Coordinator is accountable for property management in assisting in the efficient operations of PNRHAs leased properties and systems support. The incumbent will also provide confidential administrative support to the Director of Environmental Services.
The successful applicant will have superior organizational and time management skills. The incumbent will frequently communicate with contractors and suppliers and will coordinate minor renovation projects. The ability to effectively work with a variety of stakeholders and to work independently is required. This position involves working within time constraints to meet deadlines. The incumbent will be required to keep abreast of current provincial regulations and legislation as it pertains to department operations. Occasional travel is required.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Degree/Certificate in Office/Business Administration.
Property Management designation or minimum of two years relevant experience.
Valid drivers license.
Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and similar computer applications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Out-of-Scope Management Compensation Plan.
