Description

The Five Hills Health Region, Lafleche Health Region, Lafleche, Saskatchewan, is seeking a temporary part time Phlebotomist until August 31, 2013.  This position is responsible for specimen collection and pre-analytical specimen handling/processing.

SHIFTS            28 hours, 7 shifts/3 week rotation

SALARY        As per SEIU/SAHO Collective Agreement


QUALIFICATIONS    
- Grade 12.
- Phlebotomy Training Course: SIAST courses Medical Terminology 180, Infection Control and Safety Training 180, Human and Workplace Relations 182, Specimen Collection & Handling 181, Venipucture Practicum 1803.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: intermediate data entry skills; communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as a member of a team; valid drivers license, where required.
