Working out of Central Purchasing in Humboldt, SK and reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this position is responsible for participating in shipping and receiving of goods and processing of documentation as required. The position will include working in a warehouse environment as well as an office environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Receive products into inventory
- Assemble orders
- Load and unload trailers
- Organize and rotate stock as well as track inventory
- Ensure biosecurity of location and units are met
- Ensure refrigerated products are stored and shipped properly
- Enter sales orders, product receivings and invoicing into computerized inventory system
Education/Experience:
- Drivers License required
- Computer knowledge required
- Organizational skills needed
- Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds
- Require the ability to work in a changing environment while meeting deadlines
