Reports to the Board of Directors, they are responsible for day to day operations and programming of a community based organization that provides options for adults with disabilities. This includes day programs, residential employment and personal development programs; SARCAN recycling depot, paper/cardboard recycling. Develop strategic recommendations that promote the goals and objectives of the organization. Main areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to leadership, strategic planning, financial operations, human resources, public relations and board support.
Relevant education experience in a management capacity, willingness to work with and advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Skills in human resources, financial planning, accounting, and public relations would be an asset.
