We currently have an openings at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Swift Current, SK.

GRAIN MERCHANT

This position is responsible for planning and executing the grain merchandising activities within the location; specifically sourcing and merchandising grains for delivery; identifying grain merchandising opportunities to maximize profitability coupled with establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Specific responsibilities include providing contract services to customers and coordinating the logistics for grain movement. The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or Business, strong initiative, excellent negotiation skills, strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, demonstrated customer service focus, above average organization skills, strong analytical, financial, problem solving and decision making skills.
