Reporting to Service Manager, the Warranty Administrator is responsible for the consistent application and administration of the warranty programs in collaboration with our suppliers. Excellent customer service skills are required. Competency in MS Office Suite and truck parts & services are definite assets. Position also includes administration duties in the office and service department.
