The Customer Service Representative I is responsible for providing assistance as assigned, in customer account administration regarding billings, receivables, service related requests responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating service call scheduling for planned or emergency maintenance.
Qualified applicants shall possess:
Grade XII or equivalent
Keyboard proficiency of 35 w.p.m.
One year experience in an office environment utilizing computer based software in a windows environment.
Evidence of education transcripts and keyboard proficiency must be attached.
