Knowledge of many aspects of construction is required, including but not limited to: site layout, concrete form construction and erection, wood frame construction, pre-engineered building erection and interior and exterior finish assemblies.

Weekly travel is required at times; personal hand tools and a positive attitude towards safety are a necessity and a valid driver's license is an asset.
