Description

Facility:  Prairie Health Care Centre
Location:  Nursing
Shifts: 6, 6 hour and 6, 5.5 hour shifts in a 3 week rotation
Consists of day (0900-1530 & 0930-1530) shifts.

Job Summary:     
Develops, plans, organizes, implements and validates programs to meet the social, cultural, recreational, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of the clients/patients/residents.

Qualifications:  Therapeutic Recreation diploma

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  
- Intermediate computer skills
- Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid drivers license, where required by the job  

Experience:   No previous experience.  

Criminal Record Check Requirement:  The successful candidate shall be required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check including a vulnerable sector query as a condition of employment.
