The Maintenance Worker is responsible for the operation of mechanical and electrical systems and the general maintenance, repair, cleaning and upkeep of the facility, equipment and grounds of the property. The Maintanence Worker is directly accountable to the Regional Director.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have two (2) years continuous sobriety/abstinence;
Ability to read and write at a Grade 10 level;
Three (3) years proven experience and skills in maintenance repairs, and operations of heating, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, and all outdoor maintenance equipment;
Ability to communicate and relate well with a variety of people;
Certification in St. Johns First Aid/CPR Course;
Have a valid drivers license and personal vehicle, and;
Ability to obtain security clearance.
