Description

Lane Land Services Ltd. is a privately owned Land
Acquisition Company, headquartered in Regina,
Saskatchewan, that has been in operation since
1998. We provide services to the Oil & Gas,
Potash, Wind Generation, Wireless and Utilities
Industries and strive to lead the land acquisition
industry in Saskatchewan. We are currently seeking
dedicated, service minded individuals to work with
our dynamic group of land professionals.

Please note these positions are located in our
Regina Office.

Our Mineral Land Department and Surface Land
Department currently have an opportunity for a
Land Administrator.  

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Land title searching for both Saskatchewan and
Manitoba lands. Generate and submit applications
to land titles for registration. Creating/updating
various excel spreadsheets for client reporting.
Inputting/maintaining Land Right database.
Preparation of various legal documentation and
general correspondence using MS Word. Application
and coordinating of third party requests regarding
surface access. Produce client packages and
priority invoicing.

Education/Experience Requirements:
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet,
reporting and/or land database systems. High
attention to detail (accuracy and proofreading are
required). Reliable and self-motivated. Able to
work in fast-paced, multi-deadline environment
with minimal supervision. Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills (oral and
written). Superb organizational and prioritization
skills. Approachable with positive attitude.

Preference will be given to graduates of a
recognized Land Administration program OR who have
a minimum of 1-2 years related office experience.
