Duties: dress neatly & well groomed at all times. Create a fun, energetic atmosphere for both guests & employees
Greet guests at the bar; serve/expo drinks & food in the bar area, prepare all drink orders for restaurant/pub sides, help servers expo drinks & food when required.
Help clear the bar area & tables, set-up the bar area & tables, general cleaning, restocking, etc. Appropriate safe food handling procedures.
Follow alcohol awareness procedures. Maintain an open, mature & respectful communication with all staff.
Must be able to carry trays of beverage, plates of food, stand, walk, reach, bend & clean during entire shift.
Maintain a clean & tidy work station. Learn to understand where you are needed most or what is a priority. Keep GM or MOD promptly & fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
