Are you an experienced sales professional who considers customer service and relationship building top priorities? If you want to work for a company with a long-term vision for relationship and employee development, the role of Sales & Service Representative is for you.

In this position, you will be responsible for promoting programs and products that meet current and prospective customer needs. The ideal candidate for this role will offer a dynamic personality and a strong work ethic.

What you will do:
* Maintain strong relationships with centers of influence and decision makers within the education sector (i.e. division officials, principals, coaches, parent-teacher organizations, student leaders)
* Maintain an active calendar of customer meetings and sales presentations
* Prepare sales contracts, including pricing and payment terms
* Collaborate with management on strategic sales plans
* Prepare sales reports for management
* Complete consistent follow up to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction

Must haves:
* 2+ years of proven sales experience
* Track record of successful new business development
* Post-secondary education related to business or commerce
* Strong computer skills (especially MS Office)
* Excellent communication and organization skills
* Strong problem solving abilities
