YMCA of Regina Child Care is looking for a
professional, energetic, responsible, and
committed person to join our team.
There will be a full time position available at
our Downtown location. This location provides
care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
We have adopted the YMCA Playing to Learn
curriculum. Through this curriculum, we are able
to:
- Plan developmentally appropriate and
stimulating activities in a play-based environment
- Participate in physical activities,
including gym and swim times
- Have child-led activities through
carefully chosen equipment and toys
- Teach children the values of caring,
honesty, respect, responsibility, and
inclusiveness towards all living things
Requirements:
- Must have ECE Equivalency of Level 1, 2,
or 3 (or willing to obtain).
- Related experience is an asset
- Must have or be willing to obtain First
Aid/CPR C
- Criminal Record Check in the vulnerable
sector
- TB test
