Provincial Business Management Specialist (HR and Youth) - CON000679

You have the ability to understand the impact of government policies and programs on youth in agriculture.  Also, you will be an expert in business management with an emphasis on human resources. The position requires a range of knowledge of the entire Saskatchewan agricultural industry both commodity and value added.  You will have the ability to verbally and in writing, exchange complex information clearly, concisely and accurately to communicate with a diverse target audience whether through one on one conversation, provincial workshops or written materials.



Typically the required knowledge and skills for this position are gained through a master or bachelor degree in business management supplemented with several years of experience working with farmers and/or agri-businesses in Saskatchewan or a combination of experience and education.
