Customer Service Representatives - Insurance- Full time and Part time Positions

About The Opportunity
Our offices in Wolseley and Glenavon, are looking for a equally minded, competitive, team work oriented individuals to join this busy office.
The responsibilities in this role are:
Promote cross-selling of Western Financial Group products
Maintaining clients files
Preparing renewal letters for licensed agents review and signatures
Ensuring invoicing is entered correctly into computer system
Arranging premium financing
Maintaining internal reporting requirements
Collecting client receivables
Other related duties as assigned
We are seeking the following experience, skills, and capabilities:
Strong MS-Office skills
Experience with TAM (The Agency Manager) is considered a strong asset
General Insurance Level 1 a strong asset but will train the right individuals
Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
Insurance industry experience an asset
Attention to detail
