Prairie Centre Credit Union has an immediate opening for a permanent full-time LSRI position. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, team oriented, highly motivated professional with relevant industry experience. The successful applicant must be community-minded with a desire to live in rural Saskatchewan. You will report to the Business Development Manager.
Candidates must be performance driven individuals with an aptitude for business development and relationship building. A sales focus with the ability to identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell credit union products and services is essential. You will work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong analytical, reasoning, and decision making skills along with demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities are necessary. Successful candidates must be prepared to undertake ongoing training in the lending area. The successful candidate will have opportunities for personal and professional growth within an environment that promotes continuous learning and cooperative values. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities: -Advanced knowledge of consumer lending but are willing to train the right individual -Promotion and delivery of consumer loan products and services based on member needs while embracing the sales environment -Basic knowledge of products and services -Provide professional, convenient, and personalized service to members and potential member -Ensure member accounts and loans comply with legislation and PCCU's policies and procedures
Qualifications: -One year post-secondary training or 1-3 years job-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience -Strong understanding of sales process and business development -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Aptitude for relationship building
