We are looking for a Full-time Team Member to maintain our Parts and Repair Room.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serving our guests
- Mechanical aptitude is a must
- Have a general knowledge in repairing gas engines, pressure washers, power tools, generators, air compressors
- Must be able to coach Team Members to deal with returns, to solve customer problem with the item, not simply give them a brand new one
- Candidate must create a system to keep the parts room organized and user friendly
- Determine what returned items can be repaired in timely fashion, what needs to be disposed of and what parts can be salvaged for future repair
- Proven organization skills in order to maintain a well organized, neat, safe, and user friendly parts room
- Take charge of parts room, be a decision maker and planner for the position
- Follow all company safety procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work a variety of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
- Good verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable using a computer
- Enthusiam and a positive attitude
- Takes initiative and wants to help us grow
- Loves being part of a team
- Hardworking and dedicated to helping achieve our goals
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
