Saskatchewan Association of Human Resource Professionals (SAHRP)
This position reports to the Executive Director, is based in the Regina office and provides administrative support to SAHRP Staff and various volunteer committees provincially.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
-Provide reception services in the Regina Office
-Provide administrative assistance to the Board, Executive Director, and Marketing & Communications Specialist which includes formatting documents, attending Board meetings and taking minutes, gathering data for reports, posting of calendar items, job postings and other paid advertising to the website.
-Coordinate events, trade shows, meetings, training courses and exam sessions. This includes drafting meeting notices and distributing same in a timely manner though website postings and e-mail. Attend events and various meetings while acting as a liaison with various committee chairs and other volunteers regarding those events.
-Maintain accurate details and records for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRP) designation and liaise with Registrar regarding any issues for certification or recertification. Prepare correspondence, training materials, coordinating committee documents, and reports as required to committee chairs on an ongoing basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Administrative Diploma and 3+ years of experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs and Web Databases
-Experience in website administration
-Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
-Attentive to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
-Professionalism and strong client focus
