FACILITY/LOCATION: Battlefords Union Hospital

DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Health Records

CLASSIFICATION: Health Information Management Practitioner

STATUS: Temporary Part Time (.64 FTE)

HOURS OF WORK: 8 hour shifts

RATE OF PAY: Step 1-$24.59, Step 2-$25.48, Step 3-$26.34 per hour

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Health Information Management Diploma

Certification with the Canadian College of Health Records Administrators

Registration with the Canadian Health Information Management Association and/or Saskatchewan Health Information Management Association, where required by the job

For Information purposes:

Normal hours of work:                        0800  1630 hours, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, 8 hour shifts except where reduced by a stat holiday

ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as possible

END DATE: September 2013
