Multi site includes Outlook and Rosetown with Outlook as home base.
STATUS OF POSITION:    Temporary Full Time to January 16, 2013
AVAILABLE HOURS:

FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY:    112 hours in a 3 week rotation; shifts may include weekend rotation.

These conditions may be subject to change
(Applicable to part-time staff only  scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.)  Summary of duties include: Assembles and maintains health records in accordance with departmental, regional and legislative requirements.  Performs reception, admitting, payroll/financial and general office duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:    Health Information Management Diploma
Certification with Canadian College of Health Records Administrators
Registration with Canadian Health Information Management Association and/or Saskatchewan Health Records Management Association, where required by the job.
May consider hiring individuals who have graduated with a Health Information Management Diploma on the condition that they become certified and registered by December 31, 2012 at his/her own expense.

SALARY:    Salary range $24.59 to $26.34  Pay Band #13 Market Adjusted Rate
