Court Services Division, Ministry of Justice, is seeking a highly motivated, service-oriented individual to provide leadership to its Head Office Financial Unit and 28 Court Offices across the province. This position leads the planning, development and management of the Court Services Division annual budget process, including development, implementation and monitoring of a multi-year financial planning model. This position also leads the strategic and operational requirements for the Division by implementing accounting policies and procedures, overseeing contract administration and invoice processing. This position is responsible for the accountability of the financial operations of the Court of Appeal, Court of Queen?s Bench, and Provincial Court Offices. In carrying out these responsibilities, the position provides advice and recommendations on financial and policy issues of both a strategic and operational nature.
