The Enterprise Projects & Risk Management Branch is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and customer service professional for the position of Support Analyst. In this position you will function as part of a team that will provide the first level of business system support to frontline users of the Linkin system. You will be responsible to work with Ministry program areas in the development and ongoing maintenance of business strategies, priorities and technology requirements in support of the Ministry transformation to a citizen-centered organization. Responsibility will include problem solving, requirements gathering, and testing of system enhancements prior to release into the production environment. This position acts as the liaison between the business and the Information Technology service provider to ensure production systems are running efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of Child and Family Services case management practices. You will have strong communication and analytical skills as well as an interest in software solutions.
