Description
In collaboration with the physician, the Nurse Practitioner will provide primary health care services at the Loon Lake Medical Clinic, responsibilities include: health promotion and protection; disease and injury prevention; instructive treatment and emergency services; collaboration with and referral to other health care professionals; conducting community needs assessments and participating in evaluative projects.

Diploma in Nursing from a recognized Nursing Education Program
Licensed as a RN and obtained NP status
Experience in community needs assessment, community development, and health promotion
Experience or education in treatment of trauma
2-3 years experience as an RN; current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Communication and public relations skills
Current registration with S.R.N.A.
Must have a valid Saskatchewan driver's license, vehicle and ability to travel
