STATUS: Permanent Full Time
HOURS OF WORK: 8 hour shifts
RATE OF PAY: As per SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement ($43.422 - $50.217)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Current Licensure with the Saskatchewan college of Pharmacists
Experience in a hospital pharmacy and knowledge of Pharmaceutical care practice are assets
For Informational Purposes: 8 hour shifts; Monday to Sunday on-call rotation; supernumerary position provisional schedule
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as possible
Package offered to individuals who have completed training and have not received a Regional Bursary:
1) $2,500 recruitment grant with an one year (1,950 hours worked) return for service
commitment; and
2) Up to $2,500 for relocation, with receipts, for an additional one year (1,950 hours worked) return for service commitment.
