Requirement:
Must have some cooking or any culinary certificate and MUST have at least 3 years of commercial cooking experience in Greek cuisine.
Duties:
Will be responsible for cooking full meals according to restaurant menu and following food handling safety standard. Will assist operator to oversee day to day kitchen operation like inventories, food quality and costing and kitchen clean standard.
Applicant who is reliable and willing to work shift schedules and some weekends will be given preference and can commit to our restaurant needs.
