Kelly Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant with 3-5 years of experience, exceptional computer skills and likes a fast-paced environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
Provides full range of administrative services - Word Processing - MS Office 2007 program (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Handling phone calls, take messages and transfer calls - dealing with customers
Clerical work - Mails, filing, courier, freight rates - research.
Invoicing, Costing, Manual timecards, Accounts payable and receivable
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience
Knowledge in Quickbooks is an asset
Strong attention to detail skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Exceptional computer skills who is willing to be trained for the new software
Ability to multitask and manage deadline
Ability to work with minimal supervision
