Description
Brewsters Brewing Company requires a full-time Brewery assistant. You'll be one of three people responsible for the preparation, running, cleaning & minor maintenance of the brewhouse/brewery, cold room & support equipment used to produce BREWSTERS' award-winning handcrafted beers.
You'll answer directly to the Brewmaster & be responsible for working both independently & as part of a team. The successful applicant will be a self-starter & work well without supervision.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
You'll work as needed handling raw materials, brewing (in whole or in part), transferring product/beer delivery, monitoring & controlling fermentation & cleaning tanks, equipment, work areas & general cleaning; keg filling, keg washing, bottling.

While creative at heart, you'll need to adhere to recipes & SOPs to achieve the highest quality product in a consistent, efficient & timely manner.
Attention to detail & flexibility are critical. You'll generally work weekdays & evenings, but hey, beer never sleeps so occasional weekend shifts are required. Applicants must be bondable, have a clean driving abstract & provide a criminal record check.
