Prairie Valley School Division is seeking a Supervisor, Communications Information and Technology to join our Division Office team in Regina. Our organization consists of 38 schools in 32 communities with approximately 8,000 students and 1,100 employees. We have a diverse group of schools with enthusiastic, professional staff members who are dedicated to providing the best possible education and support services to our students.
The Supervisor of Communications and Information Technology is responsible for leading the alignment and integration of technology with the school divisions educational and business operations. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge and management skills to successfully lead enterprise wide technology initiatives and support a team of 12 professional staff in day to day network and application operations. As a member of the Divisions management team, this position will engage with staff from across the school division to develop ways to use technology to support student learning and effective business processes.
The preferred applicant for this position will possess a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Microsoft and Cisco certifications and ten years related experience, with proven management, communication and leadership skills and a high energy approach.
The salary range for this position is $79,935 to $106,580 annually. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
