Description
This position will allow you to work from your
home and be responsible for the distribution and
support for our product offerings in Canada.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maximize the effectiveness of
independent distributor/dealer network
- Principal relationship manager for distributors
- Assist distributors and dealer with effective
training, product awareness, and field assistance
- Ensure that effective two-way communication
channels are open to provide feedback from
distributors and dealers to capture the
requirements of end-users
- Liaise with engineering and manufacturing
department on product development programs and to
ensure that all commercial requirements are met
- Provide application support, product selection
advice, and to assist in troubleshooting products
and installations
- Research competitor activity including product
ranges, pricing, market share, promotion and
changes to distribution channels
- Research and understand the agricultural market
to identify trends and potential new business
opportunities
- Track and monitor inventory supply for Canadian
distribution
- Work requires 50-75% travel to meetings, site
visits, and trade shows
