KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of SIGA's guiding principles, structure, and First Nations culture; knowledge of food & beverage operations; knowledge of safe food handling practices; Knowledge of guidelines for responsbile service of alcohol.

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT: Must consent to a background check in order to qualify as a gaming employee Must obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA), Must be 19 years of age or older.

MAIN DUTIES: Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Coordinator and/or Catering & Events Coordinator and/or Food & Beverage Manager and under the supervision of the Restaurant/Bar Supervisor, this position focuses on delivering customer service excellence, and convenient Food & Beverage services, by preparing beverages for Casino guests in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
