Position: Director of Clinical Services
Part time: 30 hours/wk.
CFS is seeking an experienced and dedicated counsellor with supervisory experience to become Director of Clinical Services. This position ensures consistently high standards in the development and delivery of clinical services. Responsibilities include managerial duties, counselling and group work.
Managerial Duties: Primary duties encompass collaborative work with the managerial team of CFS and other community partners.
Clinical Services: Individual, couple, and family counselling, as workload permits.
EAP Contracts
A Masters Degree in Social Work or Psychology or other relevant clinical area.
A minimum of five years of direct clinical experience.
Previous supervisory experience in a clinical capacity is an asset.
Areas of knowledge must include theories of counselling; human development; behaviour; change; communication; and conflict resolution.
Areas of experience must include interviewing, assessment, and evaluation techniques; professional ethics; caseload management; community services; program development; teaching; and training.
