STATUS OF POSITION:    Permanent Part Time
AVAILABLE HOURS:
FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY:    168 hours in a 6 week rotation, shifts may include weekend rotation plus on-call as assigned.  Must be able to respond to ambulance within 10 minutes of notification when on-call.  Wherever possible, the employer will endeavor to ensure on-call assignments do not exceed 300 hours in a three week period.  Standby assignment may be  required.  Must be able to respond to site within 30 minutes of notification when on-call. These conditions may be subject to change
(Applicable to part-time staff only: scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.)  Summary of duties include: Operates and performs general maintenance for facility/plant systems and equipment. (#21)

Firemans Certificate
Refrigeration or Pool Operators Certificate, where required by the job.
May consider hiring without a Firemans Certificate on condition the successful applicant obtains within (6) six months at her/his own expense. (#21)
    Emergency Medical Technician Certification
CPR/AED Provider Certification
ITLS Certification
Valid Class 4 Drivers License
Eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics as an Emergency Medical Technician
Clean Drivers Abstract

SALARY:Salary range $19.38 to $20.75  Pay Band #11 (#21)
EMT  As per SAHO-HSAS Collective Agreement
