SCOPE:
Under the direction of the Sports Store Supervisor, provide positive service and sales to all prospective customers in a friendly and timely manner in a clean and organized environment.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:
o Retail Sales & Customer Service, in a friendly ?Guest Support? manner.
o Store and skate shop cleanliness
o Opening and closing store procedures
o Skate sharpening and possible repairs
o Simple equipment repairs & maintenance within the Sport Store.
o Stock must be monitored and all inventory kept clean and the shelves replenished when needed.
o Product receiving
o Maintenance of equipment
o Report to the Sports Store Supervisor all relative information, including but not limited to shift changes, problems, and trends in sales by way of customer requests or problems.
o As a member of the facility team, receive direction and support the facility in areas directed by the Supervisor and / or Manager on Duty.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

? Cash handling experience
