Aberdeen Rec Complex is seeking a GENERAL MANAGER

The Aberdeen Rec Complex is a state of the art multiuse facility that houses a curling rink and lounge, skating rink, dance studio, fitness centre, library and preschool.  Aberdeen is a small, vibrant community located 20 minutes northeast of Saskatoon.

The General Manager reports directly to a Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall management, promotion, and operation of the facility, including purchasing, policy formulation, booking, marketing, finance, food and beverage, advertising, security, maintenance, and related operations.  Duties also include interviewing, hiring, and training employees and addressing customer complaints and resolving problems.  The General Manager must have the ability to apply conflict resolution and problem-solving skills in a team-oriented environment.
