Description

Nurse A (Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse)

Facility: Gainsborough & Area Health Centre.

Hours of work: 141.36 total hours per 8 week rotation (12 shifts of 11.78 hours; days and nights).

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Closing Date: When filled.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Current registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan and current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
-Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
-Basic computer skills and technical ability to operate computerized equipment.
-Functions in a cooperative team environment.

Experience:
-Two years experience in an acute or long term care setting preferred.

Comments: The Gainsborough & Area Health Centre Trust Committee offers a "sign on bonus" of $2,000 which will be paid to any RN or LPN recruited to Gainsborough & Area Health Centre.  This incentive will be paid after one year of service.
