Description

This position will be responsible for initiating and coordinating service sales activities including meeting with present and potential customers, subcontractors and vendors.

- Technical support for customers, sales personnel and contractors
- Participate in coordinating service/install business to ensure AOP targets are achieved.
- Provide service, maintenance and equipment quotations and support to customers to increase sales.
- Maintain and improve current customer relationships to exceed customer needs and expectations while seeking out other sales opportunities.
- Provide adequate lead times for scheduling refrigeration manpower.
- Prepare and deliver sales & customer presentations.
- Lead, support and participate in sales prospecting, lead generation and sales process activities.
- Ensure proper follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal customer service.

Additional Requirements:

- Working knowledge of refrigeration, store refrigeration, HVAC sales
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, understanding of financial reports, leadership, problem solving, negotiation skills, detail oriented, organizational & multi-tasking skills, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills
