Description

Main Duties:
-    Cook dishes for authentic Japanese Tepan style grilling
-    Cook rice and make all kinds of sushi
-    Prepare and cook fried food including Tenpura
-    Schedule, supervise and oversee kitchen staff and operations
-    Prepare food using proper food safety techniques for customers
-    Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
-    Schedule and oversee buffet and catering services
-    Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs/ monitor and order supplies
-    May hire and train kitchen staff
Requirement:
-    Skills & Experience: Must have 1-2 years of experience preparing and cooking Japanese cuisine. Sushi making experience is required.  
-    Excellent work ethic. Works quickly and efficiently
-    Demonstrated ability to explain and implement verbal and written instruction for kitchen staff
