- Prepare and serve food and beverages within a licensed facility.
- Maintain food service facilities, equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary manner.
- Receive general supervision from higher levels of supervisory staff or management.
- Assist with inspecting and storing food and supplies.
- Assist in producing reports and recording as necessary.
- Assist in organizing and directing work of other food service employees.
- Knowledge of principles of sanitation including health and safety practices and proper cleaning methods.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others contacted in the course of work.
- Have possession of, or ability to obtain a valid Food Safe Certificate.
