To assist with the contact to referral organizations to identify children and teens, especially those at risk, to participate in the Summer Art & Culture Camps and Teen workshops.
To assist with contacting appropriate resource people in the community to share their culture and/or art with program participants.
Afternoons - Shop Assistant Duties
Sales and record keeping, including appropriate customer service.
Keeping shelves stocked with merchandise for sale, including ordering from consignors.
Housekeeping - dusting shelves, vacuuming floors, cleaning glass fixtures, etc.
Opening and closing on time, as scheduled.
Promotion and marketing activities, as assigned.
Understanding the mandate and policies of the Museum Shop.
Other related duties, as assigned.
