The Hub Sports Bar & Grill, one of Regina's favoutite Bar/Restaurant to watch all the big events is actively seeking a Kitchen Manager.
More than just a sports bar, The Hub has a full service menu catered to all tastes and located on the east end of the city, targets a wide demographic.
We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, high energy and organised person to join and lead our team in a high volume Kitchen and Restaurant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Kitchen, leading overall Kitchen operations, helping to lead and develop the team in providing consistently outstanding quality of product, as well as ensuring profitability by efficient management of resources.
This is a great opportunity for an energetic, positive and self-motivated individual, preferably with a minimum 5 years "hands-on" casual dining supervisory experience in the kitchen of a high-volume full-service restaurant. Requirements also include a commitment to quality, the ability to mentor and motivate others to do their best, a thorough knowledge of Safety & Sanitation standards, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn how to manage a busy kitchen with an emphasis on achieving financial & other objectives with focus on the bottom-line.
