Description

The senior graphic designer is accountable for ensuring the timely design and production of marketing and communications collateral that advances client objectives while remaining true to SIAST's brand. S/he does this by developing and executing designs in print, online and promotional formats, and by assigning work to, supervising and coaching a graphics designer and in-house photographer. The senior graphic designer organizes and schedules the creative unit?s workflow and prioritizes projects in collaboration with colleagues in SIAST's marketing and communications department, who represent internal clients. In addition to providing design services, the senior graphic designer serves as a creative consultant to these colleagues. S/he maintains high professional standards that is technically and creatively commensurate with work produced by commercial agencies, and that effectively targets and engages SIAST's key audiences.
