SaskCulture Inc. is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator for the development and management of Creative Kids - a program aimed at reducing financial barriers for children who want to participate in cultural activity.
Reporting to the SaskCulture General Manager, this new position will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing and maintaining a Program that includes an action plan and budget;
- Managing regulatory requirements associated with a registered charity;
- Overseeing volunteers and outsourced services related to the program;
- Managing and evaluating campaigns, public awareness activities and donor/sponsor relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in funds development, marketing and administration;
- Excellent knowledge of charitable giving campaigns and events;
- An understanding of the issues facing Creative Kids clients and their communities.
- Knowledge of organizational structures and processes;
- Strong teamwork skills.
