This position is primarily responsible for the visual presentation standards within the store including collateral setups and support for the merchandise replenishment team to ensure the store are met. This includes executing merchandising and marketing plans, merchandise presentation, promotional set-ups, special events, and centres of interest. Ensuring all required visual elements are in place and up to date in accordance with visual presentation standards including colour blocking and linking, fixture merchandising, signage, adjacencies and locations. Visual Presentation Specialist also provides guidance and coaching to merchandise presentation team members regarding overall visual presentation requirements and standards in various departments throughout the store.
As Visual Presentation Specialist, you will be an integral member of the merchandising team, working with other team members to foster teamwork and effective cross-functional collaboration. You will also collaborate with to develop, implement and evaluate various plans. Success in this role calls for strong coaching and training skills, demonstrated visual presentation skills/knowledge, good verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to change.
