The Grant Writer will research, assess and write grant proposals for external funding sources, working in conjunction with the various departments of the City of Yorkton. You must have 2 - 5 Years experience in grant research and writing and be familiar with Federal, Provincial, Public and Private agencies, services and programs. The Grant Writer must have a good understanding of Municipal Government including knowledge of the City of Yorkton operations. This position will be a key player in developing detailed plans of action for identifying external grant sources, maintaining detailed records of submissions, deadlines and follow-up and analysis. Candidates must possess excellent public relations, written and oral communication skills.
